1. Please explain you day-to-day role at Insperience Business Services

My role involves managing and developing our professional accounting firm Littleton CO. I meet with and on-board new clients, assist with technology training and implementation, provide team training and support, implement firm procedures, participate in networking & marketing efforts, and provide any other support my team may need to operate the firm. I am also working on developing our next big service offering, "The Mastery Network", which will provide educational opportunities to businesses in all industries.

2. How did you arrive at Insperience Business Services?

I was introduced to the firm in 2014 through networking, and it turned out to be a good time for a new person to join the team! I have been working at a large public accounting firm for several years, and I was looking for opportunities where I could grow personally and professionally while making a big impact on people's lives. Insperience was a perfect fit.

3. What motivates you most to achieve business success?

Some of my passions in life are helping others, self-development, learning & curiosity. I believe that fostering these qualities is what leads to success not just in business, but also in personal life. Success to me is a result of making progress, and that should be celebrated!

4. Is your blueprint for success based, in some way, on role models? If yes, can you name them?

I have many people that I look up to in my personal and professional life. Personally, I look up to my family and friends because they are always there for unconditional support and encouragement. Having your own personal cheerleader team is amazing! Professionally, I look up to the owner of our company, Sean Manning and my experienced colleagues. They are great at providing me with plenty of learning and mentorship moments. I also really enjoy inspirational and wisdom speakers such as Jim Rohn and Deepak Chopra.

5. What is your source of inspiration?

I believe my purpose in life is to constantly be learning and curious and to inspire this in others. It really motivates me to hear success stories from our clients and other people I meet through networking. I love learning about new ideas and brainstorming on what connections I can put together to help others succeed.

We primarily have clients in the Denver, Colorado metro area, however, we are open to serving clients in all other states as well via remote technology.

8. Describe in a few words the typical customers of Insperience Business Services

Our best clients are small business owners who are interested in working on a monthly basis with us to manage their financial statements, provide tax planning, and assistance with business decisions that could impact their financial situation. Typically our clients have less than $5M in revenue and less than 25 employees.
